Identification numbers
Where an Aadhaar reference is collected for verification, only the last four digits are stored and displayed in a masked form. Full identification numbers are verified from original documents in person at the College office and are not stored on this website.

Any documents uploaded with an application are stored in private storage accessible only to authorised College staff. Application records are protected by access controls and are never published or listed publicly.
Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with the affiliating University or a statutory authority where required for admission, examination or compliance purposes.
Retention and your rights
