Information we collect

We collect only the information you provide through the online application form, the contact enquiry form and the hostel enquiry form. This may include your name, date of birth, gender, contact details, address, parent or guardian details, academic records, and the identification reference required for admission verification.

How we use your information

Information is used solely to process your admission application, verify eligibility, respond to your enquiry, and meet the reporting requirements of the affiliating University and applicable regulatory authorities.

Identification numbers

Where an Aadhaar reference is collected for verification, only the last four digits are stored and displayed in a masked form. Full identification numbers are verified from original documents in person at the College office and are not stored on this website.

Documents and storage

Any documents uploaded with an application are stored in private storage accessible only to authorised College staff. Application records are protected by access controls and are never published or listed publicly.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep this website working and are always on. Analytics tools are switched off by default and are loaded only after you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. Until then, no request is made to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or the Meta Pixel.

When you allow analytics, Google Analytics records anonymised page views and interactions such as application clicks and form downloads. Microsoft Clarity records session replays (how the pointer moves, scrolls and clicks on a page) and builds heatmaps showing which parts of a page attract attention. Clarity masks text typed into form fields, and we use these insights only to improve the website. The Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) records page views and enquiry or application actions so we can measure the effectiveness of our outreach on Facebook and Instagram. We also use Google Tag Manager to manage these analytics tags; it loads only after you accept analytics and does not collect data on its own. The data is processed by Google, Microsoft and Meta under their own privacy policies.

You can review or change your choice at any time using the round cookie button in the bottom corner of every page, or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Choosing "Revoke consent" stops all of these tools, removes their cookies from this browser and reloads the page without tracking.

Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with the affiliating University or a statutory authority where required for admission, examination or compliance purposes.

Retention and your rights

Application records are retained for the period required by the College and the affiliating University. You may request correction of your details, or withdrawal of an enquiry, by contacting the College office using the contact details published on this website.
